Knowle Town under 10's visited Castlehurst Colts on 30the June 2001 for a 6 a side tournament.
A league of four matches ended with the team being undefeated and a last minute choice of Goal keeper, Andrew kept a clean sheet.
The first game of 5 minutes each way ended with a fantastic 3-0 win. 2 goals scored by Taylor and a long range shot by Oliver.
The next three matches were less exciting with 0-0 results in all. The clean sheet and three good goals allowed qualification to the quarter finals.

A 2-0 win over Solihull A team with both goals by Taylor put Knowle into the Semi-finals.

The semi-final was against Moor Green and again the combination of  Taylor and Oliver upfront soon put Knowle ahead.

The final was against Solihul and the final score was 0-0. Extra time with golden goal was played and a magnificent goal by Taylor gave the Knowle Team the win they all deserved.

The team consisted of Andrew, Ryan, Josh, Jordan, Aran, Oliver and Taylor. They all received a medal and a trophy to be kept by the club.
