Ahead of the 2025 / 2026 season, Knowle Football Club is delighted to announce the appointment of Dan Lowe as its new Marketing, PR & Communications Manager. Dan brings a wealth of expertise in community engagement, communications, and marketing, a perfect match for a historic and ambitious football club.

Dan’s appointment signals a new era for the Club. His responsibilities will include developing and implementing a clear communications strategy, strengthening relationships with the local community and businesses, and raising the profile of the Club’s extensive initiatives, from its rich matchday traditions to its comprehensive junior sections and soon to be launched non-visible disability pathway.

“Dan’s expertise will be a huge asset to us as we continue to grow and celebrate all that makes Knowle FC special, from our rich history dating back nearly 100 years to the remarkable community we serve today,” Stuart Lanyon Chairman for Knowle FC commented. Stuart went on to say, “We’re excited to see him bring his passion, creativity and drive to the role.”

Dan Lowe added, “I’m delighted to be joining a Club with such deep roots and a strong future. The opportunity to tell the stories of our players, coaches, volunteers and supporters is a privilege. I’m looking forward to strengthening the Club’s profile, helping sponsors leverage their exposure and deepening its connection with the community we serve.”
