Knowle handed full fixture list ahead of first-ever Step Five campaign
Our full fixture list for 2026/27 is in
Knowle FC are excited to announce that we have received our full fixture schedule for the upcoming United Counties Premier South campaign.
We already knew that our first-ever season in Step Five would begin with a home game against FC Stratford this Sunday, followed by a trip to Northampton Sileby the next weekend and a home clash with Coventry Sphinx three days after that.
Draws for both the extra preliminary round of the FA Cup and Round One of the FA Vase have also already been made, which respectively see us host Darlaston Town and visit Stourport Swifts.
We were already aware of our trip to Sheffield FC in the United Counties Development Cup on Saturday, September 5 - but we have now been handed our full fixture schedule for the remainder of the season and there is plenty to be excited about.
The August Bank Holiday sees us travel to Rugby Town on Saturday, August 29 before entertaining Lutterworth Town on the Monday.
A midweek trip to Atherstone Town follows on Tuesday, September 15 before back-to-back home games against Eynesbury Rovers and FC Peterborough.
Four of our five games in October are away from home, the only outlier being a home clash with Moulton on Saturday the 17th.
An away trip to St. Neots Town is sandwiched between a trio of home games in November, while Knowle only have three fixtures scheduled in December - but it doesn’t get much more eye-catching than a local derby at Shirley neighbours Highgate United on Boxing Day.
2027 will begin with two home games against Daventry Town and Rugby Town on the first two Saturdays of the year, before a run of five January fixtures continues with a trip to Coventry Sphinx - the second-closest team to us geographically this season - seven days later.
January is rounded off with a trip to Peterborough and the visit of Coton Green to The Robins’ Nest.
A home double-header against Atherstone and St. Neots sits either side of a two-week break in February, while the Easter weekend sees us visit Moulton on the Saturday before the reverse fixture against Highgate on the Monday.
Our final home game sees Yaxley, who have hosted the league’s annual AGM for the past three years, visit B93 before we finish the season with a trip to Stratford - the reverse of how we will start it.
With anticipation building ahead of our first-ever Step Five campaign, we look forward to the season ahead, while our fixture list in full can be found across the Club’s social media channels.
